I currently teach fitness classes in Fenstanton twice per week at 7.30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays during term time: Supple Strength and Dance Aerobics. I started teaching over 15 years ago when the previous instructor moved away and there was a lack of any fitness classes in the village. I eagerly completed my training and have been teaching ever since! I also teach one class per week online which is a 1 hour Supple Strength session on a Wednesday evening, as well as now having a selection of pre-recorded routines available for online subscribers.

Both beginners and previous attendees are very welcome. Each routine runs for eight to ten weeks so that you can really get to grips with the movements - and if you can't quite make every week you will still know what to do when you return!

Whether you want to increase or maintain your current fitness level and have some fun with Dance Aerobics or stretch out and tone whilst increasing your core strength, balance and flexibility with Supple Strength, each class offers a 'drop in price' for one off classes without commitment, so why not give them both a try?

You'll just need to bring a bottle of water with you and a mat. If it's your first class, please arrive five minutes early.
